Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information is handled when you use VistaVetta’s website, Operational Health Snapshot and pilot inquiry form.

Pilot inquiries

When you submit a pilot inquiry, VistaVetta stores your name, email, company, role, industry, employee range, optional locations and systems, portfolio type and size when applicable, the operational challenge you describe, preferred timing, submission time and consent record. We use this information to assess fit, respond to your inquiry and manage possible pilot discussions.

The inquiry form does not request payment details or operating evidence. Please do not include client or tenant records, case files, tax records, identity documents, passwords or confidential financial information.

Snapshot answers

Your Snapshot draft is stored in your browser on your device. The website does not send those answers to VistaVetta. You may download or print your results. Use “Clear this draft” in the Snapshot to remove the saved answers from this browser. Avoid using a shared device.

A separate pilot inquiry does not automatically include your Snapshot answers.

Storage and access

Submitted inquiries are stored through the website’s hosting and database providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the inquiry inbox is restricted to VistaVetta’s authorized site owner. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service.

The website uses a short-lived, salted hash of request information to limit repeated submissions. It does not store a raw IP address in the inquiry database. Google Fonts may receive your IP address when your browser requests font files.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries remain in the private inbox until deleted by VistaVetta. We use them for inquiry follow-up and related business records. This website does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails, sell your inquiry details or use advertising trackers.

To request access, correction or deletion, submit an inquiry using the same email address and describe the request in the workflow field. Choose “Other service business” for industry and any employee range, and enter “Privacy request” where company or role details do not apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Team sign-in

The public website and Snapshot do not require an account. The private inquiry inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in and an owner access check. Authentication and hosting services may use cookies needed for those functions.

Pilot evidence

Evidence collection, confidentiality, access and retention for a paid pilot are agreed separately before operating records are provided. This website is not an evidence-upload portal.
